SALES & EVENT COORDINATOR (full time)

This Sales & Event Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales and event planning department. Duties will include: managing prospect leads, event planning and implementing event details, inbound and outbound sales calls, dissemination of accurate and timely information, scheduling and conducting client meetings, client-to-team liaising for events, and demonstrating expertise in all business facts, website, public content, seasonal menus, packages, and pricing.

The Kitchen Lead will be responsible for the executing culinary events and managing aspects of kitchen supervision. The position scope includes menu prepration and execution, adhering to event menu details and timelines, upholding brand standards as well as food handling safety & sanitation protocols, recipe management, managing plating aesthetics, portion control, and food waste, demonstrating leadership among the team and the clients, and opening/closing responsibilites.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role with a Sous Chef or kitchen management position

  • Wide base of food knowledge, food safety, products and techniques

EVENT CAPTAIN (FULL TIME & PART time)

The Event Captain coordinates day-of-event operations for The Kitchen & The Studio, overseeing FOH staff, ensuring seamless event execution, and upholding brand standards. Responsibilities include supervising FOH team members, managing safety and sanitation, tracking transactions, and ensuring excellent client interactions.
