How does participatory dining work?

We blur the lines between Patron and Guest, creating an interactive element for your event.  The Kitchen team will guide you with full instruction and menu details.

Guests collaborate and build relationships while creating a delicious meal together.

Guests arrive and loosen up with a cocktail of choice, glass of wine, or favorite beer from our fully stocked bar. The Kitchen’s famous charcuterie board is the perfect complement to starting the evening off right.

Our team stocks your prep station with everything you need for the perfect meal: easy to read recipes, pre-measured ingredients, utensils and cooking equipment.

You have everything you need but before you start, an overview of the evening is presented:

TIPS on how to read each recipe and a breakdown of the prep station.

No clean up! ENJOY while the staff whisks everything away for you as you finish.

Kitchen SAFETY! Quick rundown of careful knife handling and cooking precautions.

CLEAN start! Let’s wash our hands and put on our aprons.

Now that we’ve covered the details, choose your team and...

TIME TO PARTY!

Once each recipe is finished, the staff will take over plating and serving. Guests will then have time to mingle and freshen cocktails before sitting down to dinner.

ENJOY...DINNER IS SERVED

When guests gather to dine communally around the food they prepared together, bonds strengthen.

After working hard to prepare each recipe, The Kitchen's service team treats guests to an upscale dining experience.

Cocktails and conversations continue to flow into the evening as participants share moments and memories throughout each course of the meal.
