About Salty Lark Dance:

Salty Lark Dance is a Chicago-based company established in 2012, performing original work by Artistic Director Madeleine Reber. The company has performed for the Minnesota Fringe Festival, Links Hall, Fulton Street Collective, Core Project Chicago, and The Space Movement Project, among others. Salty Lark Dance has received support from the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events and Links Hall, along with many individual donors and small businesses.

Their work is motivated by a drive to physicalize internal questions and to respond to the world around us. Employing distinct movement vocabularies and poignant imagery, Salty Lark Dance evokes the vulnerability and fallibility of human experience.
